Doula & Fitness Packages

My goal is to make sure childbirth is a joyful and empowering experience, free from trauma and unnecessary pain. From preparing your body for delivery to rehabilitating your pelvic floor and healing diastasis recti, I help women of all ages and stages of motherhood. Services Overview

Prenatal Training

Together we will help prepare your body for labor and delivery intentionally while keeping yourself feeling good during pregnancy.

 

Postpartum Fitness

Heal, recover and work towards getting back to YOU after the arrival of your beautiful baby, whether it’s been 3 months or 30 years since your childbirth.

Birth & Postpartum Doula

We mother the mother to you help transition to life with a new baby, and provide support for any feelings of postpartum depression.

 

Grievance  Support

In partnership with 3Hopeful Hearts, miscarriage and pregnancy loss support are provided as a complimentary service to the community.

I highly recommend working with Dawn, she knows so much about navigating the gym during pregnancy and postpartum. Three months postpartum and I was ready to go back to the gym, but I had no idea where to start. I didn’t want to do exercises that my body wasn’t ready to do. Dawn helped me figure out a gentle but efficient workout plan. I looked forward to every session with her. I now feel more confident in knowing what I should be doing postpartum thanks to Dawn!
